Change of start of OBITS trading competition due to Chinese New Year celebration

Since Chinese New Year celebration has begun, we expect this could affect a successful trading competition and to include the chinese community, we have decided to change the date for the beginning of the OBITS Trading competition from Jan 31st to Feb. 7th.

Last date for ERC20 OBITS version to BitShares network

Also last date for any deposits of ERC20 OBITS to the BitShares network has changed to February 6th, instead of January 30th.
