Tether "Prints" USDT- Ignoring the FUD, what does this mean?

Tether 'printed' 250,000,000 USDT Today. Tether 'printing' represents more money being deposited into tether and moved out of bitfinex than the reverse. Bullish for $BTC. Esp now that we know tether is legitimate backed by USD in full & company has > 10 mill extra USD in bank.
