Polen
Polen sevdalısı oğlum her sabah dolaba dayanıp polenını alır ve masaya oturur. Benim hiç hoşlanmadığım polen çok faydalı... çocuklar için sadece polen yesin başka birşey yemesine gerek yok diye söyleyen doktorlar var.
Bu konu hakkında okuduğum bazı yazıları paylaşmak isterim.
Polen içerisinde insan sağlığına yararı bilinen 22 aminoasit ve 27 madensel tuz, karbonhidrat ve ferment barındırmaktadır. Tüm bunların yanı sıra sodyum, kalsiyum, silisyum, alüminyum ve çinko ile A, B, C,D,E,H ve P vitaminleri de bulunmaktadır.

Ben polen yesem ölürüm herhalde. Polene allerjim var. Bir gün bi arkadaşım ilk bahar gelmeden polen hapı yut dedi. Baharda rahat edersin filan... Yuttum. Sora kendimi acilde buldum. :)) Allerjisi olanlar sakın ha..
