Interesting, your timing that is. My initial bout went away naturally but has recurred this week big time. There are those saying that tinnitus in modern times is a condition brought on my archons.
I also have tinnitus and nothing works to reduce the sound level. But after a while you learn to live with it. Especially the first months may be hard. The realisation that you will hear that stupid sound forever. But it's only annoying when you listen to the sound and think about it. The key is to ignore it.
This is so impressive.
