TIME IS NOT A HEALER. Let’s understand HOW?

When encountered with bad painful experiences in life, we try to escape from the reality by being busy in the work, watching movies, going on vacation, not talking about the past because we don’t want to face our emotions, it hurts. we think time will heal our emotions and pain on its own. But in reality, time can only help you forget those past memories but pain & emotions created in the past keep ingrained in our mind and when faced with a similar type of experiences in life, we get triggered in the form of anger, sadness, irritation and aggression.

Moreover, in our society, people who are emotional, who knows how to feel emotions fully by crying or talking to somebody are considered weak. People may call them over-thinker, sensitive or over-emotional. Because In this fast modern world, nobody has time to fulfil their emotional needs. They are more focused on material things, wealth, name and fame. People even don’t share their feelings with their family and friends because they want to be cool, fun-loving person. Most of the world is two-faced, outer personality is known but the real person from the inside is hidden. So, we cannot say that we know anyone completely.

This is the reason why depression rates have been increasing in the world rapidly. People are very trained to handle the outer world but failed in handling their inner world, emotions and pain. Their emotional quotient is weak. Reason drugs, suicide cases, revenge stories are very popular. Sometimes, these hidden emotions come above in the form of chronic illness, mental disorders.

So what to do now? Accept the emotions as they come, feel what you are feeling now by being sad, crying or talking to somebody about your experience. Feel as it is, make yourself understand you are a human and there will be good and bad experiences throughout life. Face your emotions and pain, accept what has happened already happened, now focus on the solution. If there is no solution, forgive yourself, others and accept it. Don’t fall into victim mentality or guilt. Forget it, take your lesson and move on with life. It is easier said than done but at least try each day.

Just realise that when you die a Ghost will come out from your body, means that ghost came out then you die. until the ghost is inside you, you are alive. What ever happening with you is created by you so never never blame anyone that, this or that happening with me is for that person. No, never say this ... and you are safe. Complete healthy man. Yes, you are a creator of your own world.

yes, you are correct..god is not hidden to be found by someone. He has expressed himself in every living and non-living form. We just need to find our true self. Before taking birth, we have decided on the course of life and lessons we want to learn, so there is no point in blaming God or others for the experiences we have in life. Every experience is happening for you not to you.
