1200 PEOPLE DIE EVERY YEAR OVER SNEAKERS
After hearing about a 15 year old boy being killed over a pair of sneakers… I jumped online and --
Today I learned.., that 1200 people die every year over a pair of sneakers. Back in 1989 a 17 year old boy led a 15 year old boy into the woods and strangled him for his 2 week old Air Jordans (I swear my heart just broke a little writing that sentence). When Mr. Jordan was told about this horrendous incident while sitting in front of his locker, he was almost bought to tears.
In this case, the killer was just that -- a piece of shit killer. Before killing this boy for his god-damned sneakers, he sodomized him. After getting out of jail 7 years later he strangled an stabbed a relative. 3 months after that he murdered his girlfriend. In 2012 he raped and murdered a young woman.

Although this one incidence of murder had little to do with sneakers.., and was caused by a sadistic son of a bitch with problems way beyond not having the latest pair of Air Jordans. Boys and young men are being killed to this day over the latest "hot" pair of sneakers… On October 11th 2016 a pair of Jordans sold for over $22,000.00. Why this happens is anyone's guess… Is it the desire to have what someone else has, that you can't afford… Some people try and blame the marketing. Whatever the reason, killing someone (1200 every year) -- makes mw think we all have failed, somehow.., as a society. It makes me sick!

And you know that this coming Black Friday all the fools will be out waiting to draw blood as they stand in lines for useless electronic gadgets that will be on sale for Christmas, the time for giving. Sad.

and yet cannabis smokers can sometimes get life. What a fucked up system
I have no idea why we even have jails if you can rape, murder, strangle and keep getting out of jail. They must be for all those "dangerous" pot smokers. INSANE!
This just happened again this weekend in Chicago to the grandson of one of our U.S. Representatives. It's really sad.

I would never wear a pair. And yes, if you are dying, starving -- and forced to commit a crime to survive, I get it. But just to get the "latest" pair of sneakers -- something has gone drastically wrong!
Another step in the decent of humanity... and people give me crap about carrying.
