It's #throwbackthursday!!!!

@gee1 put up this challenge, so, I went to look for a make-sense photo and here it is.

The Story

We had this wedding ceremony many years ago, it was a Church member/family friend. My Mum was pretty close to the family of those getting married (I'm not sure if it was the groom or bride, it's been so long) so, she joined them in the organizing.

I and my sister had decided that we would use our 'Iro and Buba' (wrapper and blouse) for the wedding. I still don't know what inspired us because back them, I didn't really like all those Yoruba dresses but my mum used to make the for us wella.
So, we too our baths, we ate, we got dressed but Mum wasn't back yet.
Dad helped us tie the wrappers and we left for Church, at least we would meet Mum there.

Kasala now landed oh, we didn't see Mummy, she was still at the house.
Our hair was really untidy, so we had to do something.

And... that was when we saw one woman, she offered to help but she was in a hurry. So, she started to tie my Sister's own and.....

Dad said he would tie mine 😂 😂 😂

It was funny because I had never seen him do anything like it before.
But I went to him.
And the picture above was the result.
