No, it's open for everyone. Just creators pay about 24 steem fee per month to be able to create videos ans posts there.

That's how they work, the videos are stored there forever and they need to pay for servers and sometimes one upvote from them can get that fee back. No one is forcing us to do that, I just told you how it works. At least, it's better than upvote bots !
Sigh... If I had 5 cents for every time I hear about those bots...

oracle-d is asking us to promote 3speak on twitter. I think they should at lest let people know the terms.
