You need to post your content to many places to increase exposure. Local groups also.

You can also add interviews with other people about interesting topics.
Ill do a podcast with you if you like. People like interesting interviews.

Keep at it, just diversify your content to all platforms that you can get paid on and pull viewers to your paid platforms.
