If you look after the cents they will take care of the dolars. It is so true but if you have bad spending habits and don't realize it you end up living way beyond your means. Champagne tastes and beer money.

I do but it is private medical and you are paying for it anyway. We are currently in the self payment gap as we have spent too much already. The trick is to get through the paying part and then everyone has all the dentistry and eyes done at a much cheaper rate. Without private cover here you are basically screwed.
