Congrats on the Alliance. As for post, and people posting, hard call but life gets busy, steem gets busy, and if someone,( like me) does not get a post out a post does not get out, no post nothing to think about, on to the next in line. We, (meaning me), should not expect a placeholder for our post. I have been for the last 10 days or so doing a lot of posting, because I am trying to get the number 3 under my one post a day for a week badge on steemitboard. So far, no luck, time zone issues I think. I will either figure it out, or I will stay at the number 2 under my badge.

So I guess I am saying, move to the next, and hope they have one in the pan when their turn comes around again.
