Why to Greed MORE, when you are Happy in LESS : A way to prevent Hackers

Today, I came across a fabulous post, by @ethandsmith on scammers/spammers. No doubt, with the recent onslaught on Steemit account by the hackers where many account has been hacked, the post is very helpful to keep yourself safe. Please read the full post here .

Not only Steemit hackers, the recent Ransomware attack on many parts of the world is another example of the notorious minds.

Government agencies across the nations came together to stop such attacks. Not only that many IT professional were amazed by the hackers smartness, they started mugging up to possibilities of preventing such attacks. No doubt, prevention is better than cure. The hackers/scammers get inside into server or your computer system, through various means

Through phishing link on your emails or any social networking sites
Inducing you through some lucrative offers on calls or emails

( I do get many calls that I have won 2 tickets to Switzerland, and you need to collect them, I said, why you don’t you deliver it to my home 😊 address, for which they started to make excuses , well I always try to make fun of these scammers)

They keep trying to peep into your wallet or to any digital account via any means. Many people fall prey to these offers and finally ends up on wrong foot. They started to make ho-halla post everything gone from them.

I do question sometimes ,why such thing happen in digital world and whom to blame??

In my Personal opinion, the thirst to get more, is the reason behind such thing to happen. People coming across such lucrative offers, without knowing anything they click or access and get into the trap. Once they in, there are no way out. So the main point that strikes me, is the “Greed” which is negating all the degital safety. In quest for more, people not even bother to think, that there is “nothing free in this world”. All the knowledge , understanding, falls apart in front Greed.

So what to do ??

In all the scenarios, the main question arises, is what to do, and how to control. After putting some personal thought process, I zeroed on following way:

Firstly, always be alert with all such kinds of links and sites. Make sure you are accessing the correct link.

Secondly, I would personally advice never ever sway away with such offers on emails or calls. There is no shortcut to success and wealth. Be happy whatever you have got or destiny have aligned for you.

Shortcuts never ever is fruitful. Instead of accessing such links or sites, if people starts to avoid them, with the simple mantra or by questioning themselves “Why to Greed, when I am Happy”, no one going to be affected. I feel it is the best way to teach a lessons to the hackers / scammers.

Everything starts with own, One needs to control oneself and limit yourself from the desire to get more. if one don’t get fooled, no one ever going to make them fool again. Many people get fooled by the Thugs only if he desire more.
