RE: Hive Accounts.

in #thealliance7 years ago

Whatever it is you are doing, I started off interested, but it waned as I read.

Obviously I need to see the first post where the idea was proposed and explained so as to maybe understand better.

Three points made me lose interest (apart from not understanding the concept).

  • The concept, you state, is created to serve the poker community, but you are looking to better the lives of everyone? Sorry, but since when does gambling improve lives?

  • Same as everyon else, to contact you or the team, we must go to discord? I hate discord. They are like FB, selling all our data to other corps. I joined Steemit because it was open but safe, I did not volunteer myself to become a victim of the corporate world

  • to quote you

Always room to squeeze in one more?

I thought you are not surviving because not enough people are interested! Do you mean you have more than enough needing to benefit, but not enough givers?

...

I suggest, for a while, when making such posts, add in the url/link to the post that explained the concept, or else many will just shrug and write you off as another dream project that is failing. Not because it is, but because they cannot be bothered to go searching for info...thus ensuring they do not join.

The post is a reflection of what I have done over the past year.

Poker I do not think improves lives it is a hobby to most. However many do not have the same fortune as I do and I do appreciate their game. Without them the game would not progress. I will add there is no cost to playing these games but the time you give. A deposit ability is not there. However any winning I gain I recycle back to the poker community. Mutual gains so to speak. It is one area to provide growth. The @HoneyChip will gain 15 Steem from this month cash out.

A contact here works just fine.

We are surviving, we are also growing.

The same concept is being utilised across all account working.
Silverquest account.
https://steemit.com/steemsilvergold/@silverquest/silver-quest

Quickly.
Trading of Silver coins available for purchase by crypto (specifically Steem) purchase under any other currency would be done at the cost price after any transaction charge to a conversion.

60% of the coins cost is attached to the coin and powered up to Steem Power until a time the coin owner may wish to trade it back with us. Each traded coins is created it's own unique account.

I'm not trying to be difficult. I am not a dumbo, I have spent my entire life (after 30) working for myself and doing fairly well, so I know I am not stupid. Yet, I cannot seem to understand your concept - what it is, how it works and how I would benefit by joining.

If you think others may also have the same problem, why not provide a clear explanation (as if for a kid), so that we can decide whether to invest/join, or not?

If, in turn, you do not understand why I do not understand, I'll ask the ghost of marketing to visit you this Christmas :)

I do not think you are trying to be difficult. Far from it.

Underlying everything is a possibility of creating a universal standard of entitlement. Not the same as Universal Basic Income.

By the use of certain industries we can facilitate the finding to provide for this effort.

For an investor the remuneration would be 25% of net profit. This is compounded by the re investment of 68% a maximum cost of 7% for any fee's.

Initial industries Real Estate. Energy. These both can return an estimated 8% per year on return. These are things which much bigger investment would be needed.

I cannot afford those. So I created smaller accounts to facilitate some generation. and the @silverquest account to facilitate an external growth which I think will become essential with time. (both f which are minuscule to grow us what would be needed for a project with prospects of impact on the lives of a population)

The Silverquest account will accumulate Steem that is powered up and also in liquid form. The Liquid is being put into a savings to reach the amount to purchase a new coin. I invested to 2 of these coins to begin. Waiting on arrival. One freshly minted.

The idea from Silverquest is to try show a living example of my thoughts. How an investment from Steem into something else can return back to Steem. Over time this return can be self sustaining and rejuvenating for investors.

Other coins are on offer to us at a reasonable price. Originally offered a donation. We need to show the ability for self reliance too though.

IF we do this with a piece of silver we can do the same thing with other things and bigger.

Hoping this shares some light.

Thank you.

I remember that when I first heard of Bitcoin, a year later I still could not understand how it could have real value - until I realised that we have become used to thinking of various monetary currencies as having value because they were backed by gold - which is only transferring the problem, not answering it, for we should then ask why gold has value....

I had the same problem in believing in Steem, but I then thought of it as a belief system and game which can reward us with the ability to buy food...for instance.

As a young boy, I failed in Algebra because I could not understand how it is x can equal 5. As an adult, I was writing some code in Superbasic, and the simple game had something like this:
lives=10
then the routine of
if hit=1
then
life=life-1
if life=0
goto endgame routine.
else
hit-=0
and so on
I suddenly realised this is what x=5 was all about. I rushed to a bookshop and bought an algebra schoolbook and I understood all the lessons....

In other words, often we are blinded by our own prejudices and the way we learnt to limit our minds.

I wish you great success - and as I am preparing to start an idea of mine for funding and self-funding the ordinary working persons (not companies, elites etc), if I get it going, I'll post about it on Steemit, etc., as it is uniquely only partly a coin.

If you see obstacles in your way.
There is a great chance I have discussed a solution with others on the same or similar issue or obstacle.
I may have a solution or partial one.

This post seems to have generated an interest in the Silverquest account. also in discord. I will be publishing a new post, in the coming day or two,

It will at least explain tar account.

Howdy, I have made a draft of What I would like to do with the @SilverQuest account.

Not looking for investment. I would like to have your opinion on a draft I have made for the account.

Unsure about your use of Google Doc's. I have a copy of the draft there.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BtXYPEtaF7yqowGmanLSYRFYSuT67qXXPnKaqUsActI/edit?usp=sharing

Thank you for taking the time on previous occasions to provide me some education.

I'm still looking at it, but, just so that you know I am not ignoring your request: do not let them bully you about the spelling of collectible/collectable - I double-checked with a dictionary and both spellings are used preference usually being according to the region you check .

Normally I avoid using ANYTHING to do with g00gle, but then, I watch certain youtube vids (mostly music), which I do not care if they know what I like.

I wish it were possible to sit at a coffee shop and discuss your concept, for I keep getting the feeling that something good (as ideas go) is being put in place, but I still do not understand it. Obviously, the more I read about it, the better will my understanding become
:)

I noticed on the 'new' feed, there are a number of posts with a 'hive' tag, but it seems it is not a nomral tag, for each one has a unique tag number added to the hive tag.

Obviously the hive is quite different from the other tagged platforms - and I hope you grow to be very successful.

That tag is not me.

A hive with a tag number is one of the "new" communities effort

You can create your own community, for 3 Stem. Unsure how they work, Sound much like the tag system to me.
