Dear @steemitblog, @steemingcurators, Steemians and everyone around in Steem Ecosystem, in this POD for being given the great opportunity to be Country curator for Ghana, I want to show my appreciation to the entire Team of @steemitblog and all the Steemit Communities. I therefore thank the Team for that trust they had in me to be selected to join the Team to empower this great vision of making Steem a better place in this #the100daysofsteem. A day before yesterday, @steemcurator01 under the auspices of @steemitblog delegated #1000 Steem Power for the quick start of this POD as Country curator for Ghana. I just want to thank them for delivering that promise, and by notification, I have also successfully received the #1000 SP. Though it sounds too early to make digest posts of the country as the week has just began, yet I see it as the best time announce my presence and acceptance of this task ahead of me.

In view of this I have sampled and curated few best digest post for the Country when I toured around Steem Ecosystem in order to showcase how some of these Steemians are giving out their best but sometimes they are overshadow here in the Steem Blockchain. I think is the best time to scoop them and show them some love in this New Steem of empowerment.

At few months of the invasion of the Covid 19 pandemic, many areas have greatly being affected with unbearable lockdowns, quarantine life, social distancing and many stuff. The Author describes that, now the Ban the Lockdown is lifted from Ghana, so final years in Universities, Colleges, Senior High Schools and Basic are given opportunity to write their final papers and exit. He shared his view on the matter, supporting the Government on this decision made, since productivity has gone down due to the lockdown. But people should still observe the preventing measures, and with the social gathering cutting down to 100 people. You can follow his link above to read more.

Food has always been the good source of nourishing our body and keeping us health. One could say that about 50% of our monthly generated income go into buying food simeply because we want to live in good health. When you turn around the World, one of the most rich soil for production of foodstuff is Ghana, yet the Country is poor since the food must be cheap to afford by an average living person to survive. The Author captures some scenes of how "Ajura" market in Ghana is, showing one of the commonest foodstuffs today in market, that's plantain. The Author finally recommends readers to pass by in case you make your way touring Africa. You can just find time to read more.

This Author has very interesting content you'll love to read daily. He has passion in writing travelling topics, culture, gospel and many dynamic ways of creating content. This post was shared about four days ago. He described Ghanaian lifestyle of eating, as most countries have some tools such as a set of cutleries for each, in Ghana, eating some food like "fufu" will compel you to eat with your fingers. The Author demonstrates how "fufu" is prepared and eaten. He has a nice display of pictures to his post of which I think you'll find it interesting to read.

There are many Authors who shared very equally good content of about the country, but since this is the first time I would like this with you so that in my next country digest post I'll expand it. This will even send the message to many people around in Steem and our social media to join posting to Ghana community and writing content concerning Ghana. As we had the information at hand in this 100 days of steem challenge, we can share diverse range of topic as we wish, ranging from, health, politics, news, education, history, culture, religion and many more.

I recommend you use the hashtag #ghana for your posts to be recognized for you to be feature in digest posts for Ghana. It doesn't matter you are from Ghana, you can be anywhere in this World and write content about Ghana or post to Ghana's Community. Remember to also use #steemexclusive, #steemingcurators and #the100daysofsteem tags so that you can receive more Mana from Steemit community. Let's also join all the ongoing #the100daysofsteem challenge to promote Steem. There are various POD that you can also apply and stand a chance of joining the @steemitblog Team for us to build Steem.

Any recommendation, addition or thoughts concerning this post of anything on Country curation can be shared through this comment section.

Thanks very much for your daily support and encouragement. You are all welcomed.

Thank you for this.

It looks like there is great potential to develop Steem in Ghana.

As a first step it could be good to encourage Steemians in Ghana to join in posting for the 100 Days of Steem Challenges and The Diary Game.

Do you think they would be interested in that?

The Steemit Team

For sure!, Any time I curate their work, I do encourage them to join. Even I have two Guys here with us in #the100daysofsteem, @nattybongo and @agodaniel32.
