Milestone: 1000 followers... and some numerology...
I just reached 1000 followers. Thank you people. I really appreciate you and the strange places you help me stretch my mind into. This community means an incredible amount to me, and I suspect it will continue to do so.
This post is going to be a short one for me. I just wanted to say thank you.
Also for you numerology buffs out there... also am currently following 333 people... there has to be some mysterious meaning tied into that. What do you think?
Thanks again people... it means a lot. I will never beg for followers, but it means a lot to me when people choose to be such of their own free will without me asking them to. :) You guys/gals do a good job of keeping me on my mental toes as well.
EDIT: For those of you with OCD. Sorry about that starter image. I seemed like a cool idea at the time. Yet it is definitely lopsided. I also felt guilty as I wanted to include anyone that had an avatar and that quickly became unrealistic, and this took quite a bit more time to do than I thought anyway. :)
I love love the top graphic, filled with creative appreciation, very perfect for the platform. congrats on the 1000 followers... big milestone! im nearing 70% there! good times on steemit. much love and steem on my friend
I appreciate it. The only thing I didn't like about the top graphic is I would have preferred to add everyone. That'd take me days to pull off and a lot of resizing :)
i know what you mean, but honestly its a nice touch, im sure these are accounts and people that have supported and inspired you along your journey here in the beginning, so its a nice honor really for them. I love the idea!
I actually started alphabetical and I kind of was approaching it that way, but I quickly realized I would miss some people so I started jumping around a bit. There are so many more people that influenced me and I have had great exchanges with that I would have liked to include. All I can say is I didn't forget about them. I just didn't really plan this out and in winging it I couldn't fit all of the important people to me on there. :)
I'm glad you see what I was trying to do. It looks like it showed you that I care about these people and was willing to put some effort into showing that. It sounds like I may have got that message across.

@playfulfoodie just celebrated her 666 followers a few day ago. 333 x 2 = 666 , means you and playfulfoodie are the same person. I knew it! And now I have the mathematical proof!
I actually did a joke post one day when I had 666 followers. I said some of you either need to stop following me or I need more. Some people briefly did stop following me as a joke. It worked, it was a funny little post.

Haha. Loved the lopsided image and how it irks people for something so small. Have you seen the steemit community change since the last year you've been here? I'm trying to gauge if steemit will take over all social media in the future and it's potential growth from people that have witnessed its growth.
