Thanksgiving challenge (Day 7)
@ponmile tagged me for this challenge. In today’s world with so much not going right, we tend not to see the little things we should be grateful for.
So today I'm thankful for:
• I am grateful for a beautiful sunshiny morning. The birds are signing and not a cloud in the sky.
• I am grateful for having electricity this morning. Power was out overnight. Usage too high and a transformer caught on fire. We now have approximately 25,000 folks visiting the beach for Easter weekend.
• I am grateful for the quiet solitude of the homestead.
• I am grateful for the time I will have with my granddaughter today.

Thanks. I try to be mindful and grateful every day, especially for the small things that I may overlook.
We do take to many things for granted, electricity is surely one those things. There are folks in Puerto Rico that are still without electricity from hurricane Harvey back in August of last year. For being a US territory a person would think that we could have gotten them back on line with power by now.
I'm grateful for your grand daughter time too!
