สวัสดีค่ะ เพื่อนชาว steemain ทุกท่าน เมื่อ 2 วันก่อน เบนได้ไปบริจาคเลือดให้กับกาชาดไทยมาค่ะ และวันนี้เบนอยากบอกเล่าเรื่องราวการเตรียมตัวและประโยชน์ของการบริจาคเลือดให้ทุกท่านได้อ่านกันค่ะ
การเตรียมตัวก่อนไปบริจาคเลือด
ควรพักผ่อนให้เพียงพออย่างน้อย 4-6 ชั่วโมง
ไม่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ หรือสูบบุหรี่ ก่อนมาบริจาคเลือด
ไม่กินอาหารที่มีไขมันสูง
ร่างกายต้องแข็งแรง และไม่มีไข้หรือปวดหัวค่ะ
วันที่เบนมาบริจาคเป็นวันอาทิตย์ค่ะ ซึ่งเป็นวันหยุดงานของเบน และวันอาทิตย์ที่โรงพยาบาลคนจะไม่เยอะค่ะ ตอนเบนมาบริจาคเลือดเป็นเวลา 13.30 ตอนแรกคิดว่าคนมาบริจาคจะไม่เยอะ แต่พอมาถึงคนบริจาคเยอะมาก

ร่วงหล่น แต่ไม่ไร้ประโยชน์..เรามาทำปุ๋ยหมักกันเถอะ

ห่างหายไปนานหลายวันเลยครับ มันยุ่งๆกับการย้ายถิ่นฐานที่อาศัย ย้ายออฟฟิศทำงาน มันเลยยุ่งๆมากมายหลายเรื่อง เหนื่อยๆเพลียๆเลยไม่ได้เข้ามาเขียน
แต่วันนี้ว่างแล้วครับ กับวันหยุดนอนอยู่บ้าน เห็นต้นชมพู่พลาสติคข้างบ้าน มันโดนฝน ร่วงหล่นเต็มพื้นดิน เห็นแล้วก็น่าเสียดาย
แต่มันก็ไม่ไรประโยชน์เสียทีเดียวครับ
อ๊ะ!!! แล้วมันจะทำอะไรได้ล่ะ?ร่วงซะขนาดนั้น
ครับ แม่ของผมก็เก็บมันมา ทำน้ำปุ๋ยหมักชีวภาพครับ ท่านก็เก็บมาใส่ถังรวมกับเศษผักเศษหญ้าในครัวเรือน
