only master password is performing their founction ..

I guess the keys you are using are not correct. You can always see the from the password derived keys here:
https://steemworld.org/key-generator
Just enter your account name + password and it will show you all your private and public keys.

as for wallet i just copy the key (active ) but unfortunately output wrong password
I just tried to login on https://steemitwallet.com and it worked without any problems. You are using the private active key, right? Please try to clear your browser cache (temporary internet files).
Yes sir for login they are functioning but whenever i transfer any steem or SBD then they are not functioning
I insure you once again that i am using this private key mention and underlying above

then on interface show like that and before 2nd time try the Transcition broadcaste error change to password although no try for next time
I just tried to make a few transfers (both STEEM and SBD) and it worked as expected. I opened steemitwallet.com, signed in with my active key and then started the transfers. No issues.
Sir could you share the keys via discord sir actually i have losted the keys file (auto genrated) at the time account make for first time but this the password is saved in chrome.

Nobody has access to your keys other than yourself. So there is no way I could send you the keys. What you can do is to check if the password is the right one.
Go to the Key Generator tool and enter your password again, but this time check if your public active key is this one:
