I was nominated by @sunscape to take part in the 10 days of reflections and as I love reflections I thought why not

The rules of the challenge are simple:

Each day of this 10 day challenge so far I have reflected a bit on some aspect of my life, my time on Steemit or something to that effect, i am not sure if I will have anything insightful to say with each post, or even if I will do it for all 10 days of the challenge but will see whatI can do

Todays Inner Reflection - Distorted reality

I am not sure I have a lot to say that is much different from what I have said in the last couple of days posts for this challenge but I really liked this shot with the Distorted reflections and wanted to use it for one day of this challenge.

But I will say reality for one is not necessarily reality for another, i have been fortunate to travel a lot over the years having been to over 60 Countries, some beautiful countries that may would like to visit and some in turmoil from war or conflict in one way or another, and I have learnt that what most of us perceive as reality or the norm, are based solely on our perceptions which have come from the conditions we have lived under.

Lets face it we all complain at times because we feel our life is difficult, say at this time of year after a snow storm that we have to shovel snow to get out to the shop to pick up things we need or to get to work, but to others that may seem like a wondrous life as we have a roof over our head and a shop to go to where we can get pretty much everything we need.

Not really that much of a thought for today, just a little example of how my brain can wander all over when I am preparing these posts
