American Gods- the show I look forward to most right now

American Gods is a new show on STARZ i believe, and it stars Ricky Whittle, (never heard of him) Ian McShane, Emily Browning, and others. It is based on the book by Neil Gaiman which unfortunately it seems, i have not read. The story is about Shadow Moon, an ex con who travels across America with his new boss Mr. Wednesday, who is really Odin. Odin is gathering all the remaining old Gods to make a final stand against the new gods who are gaining prominence and strength like Technology Boy, Mr. World, and something Media. idk. There is even a stereotype defying leprechaun. the show is great and it comes from the guys who did Hannibal. Though hannibal had probably a little creepy excessive gore and an undeniably hurried ending, it was excellent.

So 5 or 6 episodes in I am happy with how the story is developing and how they like to do intros from the past. its very interesting. hope you check it out
