I an struggling myself with the ban every now and then.
VPN got it usually solved anyways.

Of course it did. But not everyone has skills to setup VPN.
For example one food supermarket used telegram bots as a marketing option with an average Ivan as a customer and user.
Sure, they blocked millions of IP addresses but there is also a very large resistance.
On long run they can not withstand. Long lives the Blockchain :-)
