NASA is building the largest space telescope to discover life in the universe

in #technology7 years ago

NASA scientists are building the largest space telescope in the world to study distant galaxies to create a more comprehensive understanding of the universe's origins millions of years ago and try to answer the urgent question: Is there life on other planets in the universe?

NASA scientists are building the James Webb telescope, the largest giant in the history of the space observer, in partnership with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Canadian Space Agency (CSE).

The telescope will be launched into orbit more than a million kilometers from Earth next year, and scientists say it will allow them to see what humans have never seen before, because it is designed to dive deep into space to discover new galaxies and cosmic bodies and to monitor the process of galaxies and newborn stars.

The telescope provides more than seven times the power of its predecessor Hubble, and can operate by infrared, allowing it to penetrate the cosmic dust in which stars form.

The researchers also hope that the telescope will be able to help them discover the properties of the Earth's atmosphere outside our solar system and determine the possibility of conditions for life.

i want to believe. : )

I wonder if they are aliens out there, are they smarter and more advanced than humans. Do they need oxygen to survive? Lets see what NASA can find out about other galaxies. Thanks for sharing
