Our product has been developed over the past 5 years and has therefor been thoroughly tested in various real world scenarios. The product was successfully used to select two teams during an international tour, based on statistics entered during a 3 day long rugby tournament. The exciting part is that the software system selected the teams and the results was only verified by human selectors.

The reason for running a token sale is threefold:

• We will enhance our current solution to deal with the blockchain and cryptocurrency flows. Further development will be done to enhance the look and feel of the system as well as to optimise the internal user flows
• Secondly, we will use this opportunity to raise funds for an extensive marketing exercise and launching of the product internationally.
• Thirdly we will use the token sale to launch a SportsPodium token ( to be called Pods and its smaller units, Podbits), create awareness and ensure extensive uptake once we launch the product. The user base of the SportsPodium platform, will be rewarded with these tokens in a similar fashion to Steemit, with a key difference.

In Steemit s users are rewarded to write content for their various blogs. In SportsPodium, users will be rewarded for using the SportsPodium system to provide information on their participation in various sporting disciplines.

SportPodium will be a global decentralised, multi-sporting disciplines database of data and statistics from around the world. The database will consist of and it is open to anybody to use.

As per our article on The role of role modelling as a driver for success, wouldn’t it be wonderful for a upcoming sportsperson to be able to compare his current performance against the data for an international sports star, when the international star was his / her age?

Youth today are very technology savvy, which allows us to implement a process of capturing data using a custom developed social media driven, mobile application. The blockchain technology will ensure that we have an immutable, trust less environment. Crypto Currency, will ensure that we can reward all participants in the hierarchical structure, from the actual player, through the coaches up to team, club, regional and even national levels.

Think if the impact that this solution will have on ordinary non-crypto people's lives. Parents from around the world are spending millions of dollars every year, to keep up with the various sporting seasons. I for one know I must buy new athletic gear, then rugby balls, then cricket bats, balls, pads and clothes only to buy a hockey stick and ball later in the year.

I would love to be able to fund a part of the sporting equipment which I have to buy every year and every season, through an initiative like this.
