RE: ADSactly Technology - Is facial recognition technology in classrooms something we truly need?
Inspiring post
Face recognition technology is one of the technological advances that can be used for various purposes. Handling criminality, staffing data certainly feels helped by this technology. A leap from conventional data collection to a higher stage so that the cuttings holder can easily use this technology.
however, in the world of education, especially the use of face imposition technology in class, in my opinion there is an impact of good and bad. In taking values, avoiding cheating on this learning presence will help teachers in assessing.
However, from educational psychology, I see there are weaknesses that occur with the use of this technology. When teachers, teaching lecturers will lose their sense of humanity. all depends on technology. In fact, in my opinion education is not just seeking knowledge. but there are other things that are humanitarian in nature. An educator teaches students who are also human. Touch of humanity is needed to make students become fully human.
Greetings, warm hugs become more touching to students and don't need technology too much. rather, by not using this technology we feel a good closeness between teachers and students. The interactions that occur become more human.
