I love this charger so much I have 3 of them. One in the bedroom, one in a travel bag, and one spare which is usually in the kitchen or something.

There are a few things that make this charger so great.

4 Ports

40W charging

With 4 ports, you have 40W total. Typically mobile phones use around 5W each and tablets around 10-12W each. One of these blocks can easily charge two iPads and two iPhones at full speed. But it gets better, keep reading about IQ charging.

IQ Charging

This is where the magic happens, the iPhone 6 and higher comes with a 5W charging block, but can actually be charged much faster when using an iPad charging block, in fact it can charge even faster than an iPad charging block will allow.

IQ charging is a standard of intelligent charging where it communicates with the device being charged and determines the fastest charging speed possible. This makes a huge difference in charging speeds and can be the difference between 4 hours and 1 hour charging time.

2.4 amps

This block will charge any one device up to 2.4A, an iPhone X can take advantage of all of this power. Compared to the 1AMP (5W) charging block it comes with, you will see a huge improvement on in charging speed. The block supports a total of 8 amp spread between the four ports, in most cases your maximum loadout will be 2 phones and 2 tablets.

The block is not much bigger than a single iPad charge that charges slower than this device can charge 4 devices. It's super handy to have in a travel bag when going to a hotel.
