For me, Battery.. Storage and Camera. thats why I immidiately fell in love with moto G 3T. 2 days battery back, you can imagine that? and sexy picture quality. But unfortunately size was too for my palm and it kept falling.
My previous Smartphone was a Moto X Play so I know how good these Series is and as for your Problem with the Phone Size it's better to use your New phone with safety untill you get the feel of it. Once you get the Feeling the phone will be like a part of You.
