Salutations.
I am JaiChai.
And if I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you before, I'm delighted to make your acquaintance now.
I invite you to interact with everyone, learn, and have as much fun as possible!
For my returning online friends, "It's always great to see you again!"
Those who know me are probably aware of my newfound hobby: Mycology.

And that's why I want to share these three incredible videos about yet another "special, almost magical power" of mycelium (the foundation of fungi and later in their life cycle, responsible for the fruiting bodies called mushrooms):
These materials can replace (and are better than) today's plastic, wood, concrete, and most synthetics; especially synthetic materials that are toxic when compromised.
But enough with the semi-spoilers.
Here's a 3-pack of intriguing videos about futuristic mycelium based building materials that are already available today!
Enjoy...

About the Author
Believing that school was too boring, he dropped out of High School early; only to earn an AA, BS and MBA in less than 4 years much later in life – while working full-time as a Navy/Marine Corps Medic.
In spite of a fear of heights and deep water, he performed high altitude, free-fall parachute jumps and hazardous diving ops in deep, open ocean water.
After 24 years of active duty, he retired in Asia.
Since then, he's been a full-time, single papa and actively pursuing his varied passions (Writing, Disruptive Technology, Computer Science and Cryptocurrency - plus more hobbies too boring or bizarre for most folk).
He lives on an island paradise with his teenage daughter, longtime girlfriend and three dogs.

This is incredible @jaichai, what can’t we do with weed n shrooms lmao 😆 but seriously we have the solutions it’s just about educating the masses and forcing the powers that be to see that there is nothing to fear in sustainable living and dissolving the scarcity mentality!
I survived my first flag war here btw, I’m pretty sure you were the first person I had any communication with here. It’s good to see your quality content in a sea of well, im tired of being mean, so thx for being a beacon here on the blockchain!

That's it. I'm a mycelium fan now. Though I see auto-correct is not a fan yet ;)
Looks very promising building materials made from fungus. It is also an amazing way to reduce pollution. Here in our country plastic is the main cause of flooding in some areas. They cause blockage is sewers and causes flooding during the rainy season. This is a solution and help save our environment.
hi @jaichai
didn't you considered making your posts a little bit less messy?
I honestly don't even know which part of your publications consist content and which part is just flashy pictures and animations. It's really hard to figure it out without spending some time scanning your post.
Just think about it. From perspective of person who end up for the first time on your post: how this person would not end up being confused?
I mean - I see more information about the author than about discussed topic lol :)
Just a thought. Upvoted anyway
Yours
