My thinking is this. Drones are going to be used by corporations and government. For the purposes of commerce and control. And governments in general, have a listening ear for the wants of the corporations.
So I am thinking that Drones will require some more rules and regulations in the future. Of course, that is the nature of government. Licensing and rules guidelines provide lots of government jobs for their friends. Ha

You are spot on, goes the saying. Since they are consistent, we can know what to look for, based on their past history.
Oh, great post by the way. It is one of the many items of change that is almost daily creeping into our lives, be it ever so suttle.
