Unboxing and Review of the ELEGIANT Bluetooth Sound Bar Stereo Speakers

in #technology6 years ago

Dear Steemit Friends,

Today I unbox and review a new soundbar speaker that I purchased from Amazon. This speaker caught my eye because I wanted something sleek and slim in design, but also something that supported Bluetooth so that I could connect it wirelessly.

Below is a short unboxing video of the Sound Bar.

As you can see from the above video, there is not much packaging and very little accessories that come with the unit. Aside from the speaker itself, the contents of the box include 1 USB charger cable, 1 Earphone connector plug, and the user manual.

The Design of the speaker is very contemporary with a metallic and black color scheme. The speaker itself angles up so that it can be placed on any surface directing the sound at an angle towards your head so that you feel fully immersed in whatever you are listening to. Because you can connect it through Bluetooth, you don't have to worry about cable management and hiding any wires.

The Soundbar comes fully charged and on testing, lasted an entire week without me needing to plug it in to charge. Usage times may vary since my initial use was only a few hours a day. The device has a built-in 1,800mAh lithium battery, which means it is rated to play for 4-5 hours in the loudest volume condition and 8-10 hours in medium normal volume conditions - according to the manual.

The entire device measures 15.7 x 2.2 x 2.4 inches and is essentially a slim speaker system which is able to deliver a virtual surround sound experience. According to the specifications, it has an effective distance that can reach up to 10 10m/33feet and is compatible with most (if not all) multimedia and streaming devices.

The speaker also has a built-in mic so you can use it for audio conferencing, recording, and any other voice-related activities. It has Aux ports which allow you to plug in additional devices and can store up to 32GB of data using it's onboard storage. The build quality of the speaker is rock-solid as well. It feels very sturdy and durable and has a good weight to it.

The sound quality from the speaker is amazing for the price I paid, which was around $39.00 USD. Even with the volume turned all the way up, the audio never cracked or distorted. It was crisp and loud no matter what distance I was listening from. The only place this speaker falls short is the Bass, that however wasn't a concern since it is not meant to be a subwoofer - It does, however, have enough Bass to equalize the Treble.

For a $39 USD speaker, I must say it is a pretty good buy. If you are looking for an entry-level speaker that will satisfy your need for sound and are not looking to "rock-the-house" then I would definitely recommend purchasing one of these.

I hope you enjoyed my review of the Elegiant Bluetooth Soundbar. If you have any questions, inputs, or feedback, please feel free to post a comment below. I would also appreciate your Upvote, Follow, and Resteem if you feel this post was informative and will help others.

Sort:

not bad for a bluetooth sound bar, and a neat design, the the battery power is on a low side

It actually lasts pretty long without need for a recharge. You do also have the option of plugging the USB connector to it and leaving it connected so you don't have to worry about re-charging it.

It looks great sir @cloh76. Thank u for the information!

sure @mikekenlytungal. Hope the post was helpful if you are considering buying a speaker bar!
