Oh man I had almost forgotten about Equifax. What a nightmare that was, and how ludicrous that after such a flagrant attack on nearly every citizen's privacy, they were let go with nothing more than a slap on the wrist, and without changing anything really, still allowed to maintain a database of the nation's SS information. I seriously can't wait for decentralization to step in, especially in matters of great importance like, I don't know, our freaking credit! I have never liked the idea of the credit bureaus to begin with. I've always thought this private company run by the US (kind of) that we have forced participation in, and have to jump through hoops in order to get basic necessities (like housing) thing was a total sham. I am hoping that decentralizing this info will be a game-changer though!

The day Zuck goes down will be a very happy day for me indeed. With the news yesterday of DataWallet teaming up with Steemit, I think we are in for a real treat, potentially faster than anticipated!
