THE STEPS IN MAKING MY DESIGN
I first sketch the design that I want to begin with.
Then i draw its layout to start the color.
till I color everything up and finish the drawing.

That's cool, but you really need one of those wacom intuos tablets! My daughter has one and is using ArtRage. The combination is amazing! She's pre-teen's, but is producing brilliant artwork! Made so much easier with correction facilities etc. She'd just not be able to do the same with pen or paint brush. The tablet is dirt cheap, but as good as using paper and pen. Resteeming this for you. Will follow, as clearly you've a skill there.
