In the days before digital photography...when film was king.
Remember when photography was all about film, black and white negs, flash bulbs and color slides.
Each flash was an investment. You choose your shots carefully.
You choose your film depending what the result must be. Did you want to shoot in color or black and white. Did you want fine grain or a faster film to shoot in low light. Many choices. Negatives or transparencies. (Color slides)
Many makes of film were available. Ilford was one of them. Now gone forever. Film stock improved and faster emulsions became available
A Kodak moment. You took your roll of black and white film in to the local chemist for processing. What excitement to receive your packet of ten or twelve ‘snaps’ a week later.
