Well, first of all congratulations on being able to fund things with your Steemit money; that's awesome and a testament to how this community really IS changing lives!
And yes, "long form" posts are a lot of work! By the time you get everything laid out, and photos selected and editing? A lot of mine take a couple of hours, maybe more.

Writing long posts is a lot of work particularly for non-native English speakers like me. And yes, Steemit has helped me in so many ways since I started blogging here last June. Thanks for dropping by and commenting @reddragonfly :)
