我不是大廚之《蘿蔔蔥花蛋》
雞蛋每個人都很愛吃,
尤其是“荷包蛋”點上幾滴醬油,
可配上一碗飯了...
想說今天來點特別的,
就起了個想法,
把這些配料混搭一起應該也挺不錯吃吧?!
來看看這些配料吧:
2粒 雞蛋
半截 紅蘿蔔
半截 青蔥
一小撮 蝦米
製作過程:
≈開中火再倒入2-3大湯匙的油進鍋,油煮開了先把蝦米翻炒大約30秒,會呈現金黃色。
≈再倒入蘿蔔和青蔥一起翻炒均勻即可。
≈依然保持中火再把攪碎的雞蛋慢慢倒入和配料一起混搭均勻。
≈轉去小火,再讓它慢慢熟透,雞蛋旁邊出現金黃色起邊的部分,就可以翻另一面了
≈可轉去中火快速煮另一面,就可以上座啦。
完成後,可以上座配飯飯吃啦!
吃起來帶點蝦米的鹹味,青蔥的香味呢…
