My Little Kitchen Daily Meal Recipe #1

As a chef in my family, I am always thinking for new recipe so that my family members won't feel bored with my daily dishes.
Today I would like to share you a simple dish called ' Tomato 🍅 Scrambled Egg with Japanese Tofu'
Ingredients
Use a knife to slice a big 'X' on the tomatoes. Then put the tomatoes into a bowl of boiled water for 1-2 minutes.
Take out all the tomato from hot water and peel off the skin
Cut all the tomatoes into small pieces. Then prepare few slices of ginger.
1 piece of Japanese tofu, cut at middle first to take it out. Then cut into few small pieces.
2 eggs, beat in a bowl
In a bowl, ready 50ml of water, 1 spoon of chilli sauce/tomato sauce, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce
Direction
In a heating wok, put the ginger slice and half tea spoon of salt into cooking oil. Wait until the ginger turns to golden brown.
Put the Japanese tofu into the wok, fry it until golden brown color. Then take out the tofu, leave the oil in the wok.
Put the tomatoes into the wok, stir-fry for 2 minutes
Add in 50ml of water, 1 spoon of chilli sauce/tomato sauce, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce.
Put the Japanese tofu back to the wok, stir for a while. Then add in the egg.
When the egg is half cooked, stir it until the egg is cooked. The food is ready to serve.
