I would like to share with you my favourite Steam Chicken recipe.
Ingredients
1 piece of dried salted vegetable (bai cai gan)
10 red dates, cut into few pieces
20-30 goji berry, soak in 40ml-50ml of boiled water
A chicken drumstick, cut into small pieces. Add in 40ml-50ml of water, 2 spoon of starch/corn flour and half teaspoon of salt and mix it. Then marinate it for at least 20 minutes.
A bit ginger
Ready 2 tea spoon of light soy sauce
Direction
Put all ingredient into a plate (included the water soaking for goji berry, put in the chicken but not the starch water).
Steam on high heat under hot water for 17 minutes or 20 minutes under cold water.
Ready to serve.

The end product looks beautiful but those first pictures of the raw chicken all cut up caught me offguard
