Since we already here, why not explore and shop around the Premium Outlet. We spent some time at GAP. I always like their soft cotton materials, and during sales it was really worth the money, even cheaper than those selling out there with bad quality of clothes, at least by half of their price!

After shopped for about half an hour, we already got most of the clothes we need, as we worried it might be troublesome to look for restaurants after dark, so we speed up to get all things done.

We also bought clothes for our little nephews and nieces, for now once we spent 5000 Yen and above we can claim tax exemption and more discount, so we worked it hard! (Tips: if your body figure is not too big, you can try Gap kids size XL, it can fit in nicely for our asian size)

During bill payment we found out if we joined Gap Membership there will be extra discount, so we tried but end up we gave up because the process was rather difficult as the form was all in Japanese words. No choice so we asked the cashier but she told us for foreigners we can enjoy this benefit too if we show our passport as proof, so this is even better and simple.

The customer service was just next to Gap store, which was next to the bus stop, so we went there and collected the discount voucher, and paid our bill.

On the way to pick up our car, we went on the pedestrian bridge again, this time we stopped by for a while to enjoy the mount fuji view again, there were many lights on the mountain, these were all the hikers headlights, it looked like many little stars!

For a while, we had to move on and say goodbye to Mount Fuji, what a memorable moment we had. Soon we were back to the town to look for food, without much thought, we decided to go Coco!

We were glad to introduce it to our family, although they felt the price was rather high, and taste not as good than other restaurants, even the convenient shop lunch box even better, but no matter, we just let them experience it. After dinner, we headed back to Nakano.

The expenses of today's travel by driving are as below:
Toll charges: 8000 yen (RM 300)
Parking : Free!
Petrol: 5000 (RM 200)
Food and beverages: Lunch and dinner 14000 yen (RM 520)

It is good choice to rent a car, because to travel with a big group that have elders and young kids it is much convenient and easy for the journey. Not hectic and not tired! Except the driver. As a conclusion, The biggest portion of expenses were on foods....

the outlet looks secluded and nice 😎
but that tax-free procedure looks a little too complicated for me!

Just tell the cashier that we are foreigners and we want tax free.
They will then get their supervisor to assist us to complete on behalf.
So not to worry!
It’s part of their coming olympic programme to encourage foreigners to shop more.
😆💐
