Company's CNY Open House 公司新年门户开放日

Today is the Lantern Festival also known as Chap Goh Meh, is the last day to celebrate the Lunar New Year is also the Oriental Valentine's Day. For me, and because of work, I have no time to go back to my hometown for this celebration with my family.

And here, I would like to share with you my company cny open house cum 23rd anniversary on the 13th day of Lunar New Year. Like what @gelfire did mentioned in her post, this is the fist time my company have this CNY open house since I have been working for almost 20 years. it's a meaningful and such a memorial day for me. From the starting to organize a team, to distribution of work, to determine the number of invited guests, to fix the food menu, meetings and decisions; both communication and cooperation between the bosses and colleagues. And from here, I have learnt something new and understand the team spirit is very important.

今天是元宵节，是庆祝农历新年的最后一天亦是东方情人节.因为工作关系我没有机会回家和家人一起庆祝，这样的日子我已经习惯了每逢佳节倍思亲的感觉.

而今天我要和大家分享公司在过去的年十三所举办的新年门户开放庆典暨23周年纪念庆典.过去公司有什么庆典都是以简单仪式或吃喝玩乐过了算.但这一次真的不一样,即要简单亦要隆重；让我觉得很有意义.坦白说像我们公司走服务这行业,随着时代变迁,在适当时候就该跟着社会步伐行走.就因为这样有了这次办门户开放的想法以促进与顾客间的友好关系.老实说我在这家公司工作了快20年,公司还是第一次主办这样的庆典活动；多少都有点讶异。从开始组织团队,工作分配,确定菜单和邀请人数,一次次的会议和议决;无论是老板和员工之间或是同事间的沟通合作;让我明白团队精神很重要.当然活动的成功举办也得到老板们的认可.
