A blanket of sweet golden crepe packed with cinnamon apple cubes, topped with soothing smooth vanilla ice cream and dressed with blueberries. Sprinkles of wholemeal crumble add a different texture to the dessert and salted caramel sauce serves as a boost of sweetness. I couldn't resist taking a bite!
