RE: Reclaiming My Time: Introversion and Authenticity on the Blockchain
It's so hard when we're not inspired or when we feel enclosed in ourselves to participate as much as we "need" to. I myself have spent many days without writing anything or without commenting on other people's posts because of this.
But lately, I've been feeling inspired, so I could probably post like 5 times a day if I had the energy, because the ideas are always there floating in abundance.
I see that we share many communities. I may see you around more often in the future. :)
Thanks for sharing your experience! I use Scrivener to draft my posts, so I can start a draft, switch easily between drafts, and build up a collection of drafts to stretch out posting so it's not all on just one day. But it does still take a lot of energy, for sure.
See you around. :)
That's actually a wonderful idea! I'll look for a very light alternative to Scrivener. A notepad with a file system display would be enough of an equivalent for me, I guess, since I'm naturally organized. :)
I don't know if you're on mac, but the free app 'Bits' is a very simple journal app that you could possibly use for this purpose. The 'Day One' app also might work for this, and has just a few more bells and whistles than Bits does. Evernote also might work, and has the added benefit of being accessible on multiple devices with cloud-based storage and syncing.
I'm on Windows but I was on Ubuntu when I wrote that. I'll check out those sites. I'll send them to myself as a reminder. Thank you!
No problem—hope you find something useful!
