Is it Too Late to Buy Bitcoin?

I need your guys advice. Have I missed the boat?

As one of the many people on the sidelines that have been watching the king of cryptos soar since its inception.. I wonder if it's too late now to get in? I find myself wondering, is this just another opportunity I squandered?..

Give me your opinions guys, can the meteoric rise sustain itself and do you think the price will keep rising going forward? The sky seems like the limit right now!

Sure it'd be great to wait for some downward action to get in but at this rate it just looks like it's going up and up. The momentum feels so strong!

There's the same enthusiasm and attention on cryptos now that gold and silver had in 2011-2012..only the cryptos feel like they could truly be a game changer.

As a precious metals stacker I still believe in the shiny metals but the cryptos also appeal to me as a way to move wealth away from the corrupt bankers and the broken system.

I don't believe the traditional monetary system can sustain itself and I want to protect my hard earned money.

Do you think it's just a matter of time before the people that own most of the worlds wealth grab ahold of Bitcoin and manipulate and devalue it's price the way they have with metals?

Please share your thoughts with me because I find real people's opinions more informative than that the so called "experts" in the news.

Thanks for your time and I appreciate everyone of yall!

Not too late, but I would rather invest in Litecoin. I just bought some today :D

Yeah I hear about that one alot. Being Canadian ether also appeals to me. They should have an "eh there" coin :)

Good questions! I have wondered the same thing. I personally think it's not too late for bitcoin, but perhaps check out another crypto currency that seems to be on the rise. This is the wave of the future and it's not mainstream yet, so for that reason, I say invest. I'm hoping the "powers" don't get their hands on it. Take advantage of it now.

I am with you buddy, i have no idea. Im watching them one to see the replies. Thanks for sharing

what goes up must come down! start saving for when it does :)

I hope we see a huge correction. It would be amazing if I could reenter at $2,000-$2,500!

I read it lost $500 today on mysteem

Only about 1% of the world is even aware of Bitcoin, so you definitely are at the beginning of the wave. Would it have been nice to get in at $100? Sure, but this thing is a game changer so get on board now and enjoy the ride! I would recommend platforms that allow you to earn interest on your Bitcoin so you profit from the rise in price as well as the interest you will earn.

I need to do more research. What I realised today is I'm too intrigued not to get a bit and stop waiting

Here is a company I am involved with, my wife and I have had great success in building bitcoin. The video will explain in some detail compounding interest and bitcoin: http://freewealth.info

If you really want to get into BTC, I would suggest getting a small stake whenever it suits you which should curb your FOMO, a little bit at least. You could just hold on to it or buy alts with it. Whenever the price corrects, buy a little more. If it doesn't correct when you really want to buy more, just buy a little more into the trend. If the price crashes and you still have faith, back up the truck.

I didn't finally buy BTC until this past July. Been dabbling in my free faucet BTC for a couple years now (I lost most of it being stupid). I was fortunate enough to buy the last dip at $2500. Been patiently waiting for a good correction to pick up a little more. I have also been looking at diverting some of my BTC to LTC. But, with the constant upward momentum, it's hard to do, lol.

Thanks so much for your detailed reply. I gotta get some, my curiousity is too high to own a lil bit. Thanks btw

Here's a strategy that works for me trading, I pile more into bit coin while it's rising then when it starts to look weak I switch to a few alt coins they tend to go up. Then when they start to fall a switch to light coin it seems to be a lot more stable. And I agree with the above posts that the Jax wallet works awesome and you can trade coins within the Jax wallet using shape shift.

I'm going to have to try out what @thedamus told you here. My only question is once I follow those steps can I then turn it into STEEM?

I think if you go thru the exchange on here u can. I've heard it mentioned a few times but I obviously don't know much haha

You were made for this Phil. Here's the deal: Poloniex has Been having some issues with their steem wallet - but when it works, it works good!

Get some btc asap. Just buy some and then buy some more. If it dips, go hog wild!!! Don't listen to neg advice. Block it out! Just get some btc...

Once you have btc a whole world of opportunity will open up -- EVERY CRYPTO is first and foremeost denominated in btc.

Steem is cheap right now. So, for instance, i have some steem on polo i cannot presently move... but i can TRADE it... i am holding it right now ('cause it's cheap...) and i think at any time someone with a big fat finger and some future goggles is going to buy up a shit ton of it.

Lemme know if you have any specific questions. I am happy to help.

~thedamus

yes, get in now.

I set a wallet up the other day. Just got verified from a Canadian company that sells em today! I'm gonna grab a bit on paydays going forward just for fun

They are low right now. Won't be long before it is back up.

Hi @michaeldavid! I'm still figuring all this out, but i see you! And i am grateful for your support. Thank You!
