Australian Education System introduce STEEMIT CLASSES: An Australian Nightly News Exclusive!!
Dear Team Australia and Steemians globally.
Our very own Team Australia, is making World News headlines once again!!
Well this is being somewhat generous - let's say Team Australia's very own @crypticus is making Australian News Headlines as he seeks to up-end the Australian Education System...
The transcript of the exclusive tele-report due to go to air at any moment, follows:
Special Sunday Night news report 18 June 2017 - transcript.
One Melbourne boy, mere 14 years of age, going by the 'Steemit' name @crypticus, is creating a major headache for the Victorian School Board as he demands 7.5 hours a week of compulsory STEEMIT media classes.
In an interview with the boy he exclaimed:
"I now realise that Steemit will lead to a better, brighter future for me; financially, educationally, culturally and socially. I challenge you to find a course in the current curriculum or vocational platform that offers students the same all-inclusive, global entrepreneurial education framework as that of STEEMIT - none compare!"
We have confirmed with school sources that special dispensation has been granted to @crypticus allowing him to complete 7.5 hours per week STEEMIT studies as a part of a media studies program. The first such agreement in the country.
A spokesperson for the school responded "the kid makes one hell of a case - just look at what crypto-currencies are doing. Bitcoin, Etheruem. Going to the Moon. If Australian Education does not embrace crypto-currencies and the blockchain, this country won't have a future."
@crypticus is not your average school student or blogger however. He is an accomplished singer and musician with a passion for drums, guitar and piano. He is practiced in the martial arts and is a scholar of entrepreneurship.
Online - @crypticus is a founding member of the Steemit's fastest growing community Team Australia (image insert)
This morning we managed to track down Team Australia's Secretary and spokesperson SirKnight for a comment. He stated:
"The kid's got it all - brains, talent, determination. He's a goal-setter and he's a winner. He's a role-model for Australia youth. And it is for all these reasons that we have just appointed @crypticus to the Team's Executive, as 'Executive Manager of Youth Development'."
SirKnight continued.
"We will be relying on @crypticus, his youth and his creative talents to help us recruit and retain new, young Australians into 'TEAM AUSTRALIA'... and first day on the job he has already referred us a new member in @loyalty1738".
It looks like the future is bright for this young man from Melbourne.
End Transcript.

I can't wait to see where @crypticus is 10 years from now. Great kid, at 14 I haven't even thought of earning! @sirknight is the news available in youtube perhaps?
I'll look up and see if I can find it. I like the idea of following the young man just to what he is up to 10 years from now. Glad he is doing well everywhere. Nice to live life as much as possible.
Thank you so much @masoncerritos! I would gladly share the video to raise more awareness of steemit, and how it is starting to positively influence the education system. Hopefully a video is out there, for the audio-visual audience ^_^
Paradigm shift.
Upvoted and sent to my facebook page where is will be ignored by friends and family.
That is one reason I am on steemit and not on facebook. Another reason is facebook is making money off my friends and family post and there just giving their life energy away for free.
Good on you mate.
Why dont you tell em about the drop bears.
for real. some one gotta tell them about the bears :/

true he will learn far more here than in normal school classes -- great kid
Yep he will now if we could just get the rest of the adult community to figure it out. lol
That is a wild idea and a great ones. Social norms have changed and it is good to the Australian system incorporating this. Perhaps steem blogging may be an actual career choice for some someday.
It might just be Ned.
WOW! This is revolutionary!
You bet it is wishmaiden.
