how to check if someone has used your referral? check your balance it will go up by 100 tokens, you cant tell who used your referral code.

It is possible they have not yet completed the process or is/was in confirmation. You can ask the people you referred if they got a message like the one I screenshot in the comments here. They will see that the referral was confirmed. I have not had any referrals yet so I'm not sure what data can be seen as the referrer.
