Jesus was pointing out two things:
He alludes to David's psalm that states, "he earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it..."
He points out the hypocrisy of Pharisees carrying a graven image of a pagan god, the deified Roman Emperor.
He did all of this without openly stating that taxes were not owed, because that would have earned the death penalty from the Romans who couldn't tolerate objections to theft any better than the IRS does today, yet He also rebuked the Pharisees while pointing out the truth to His audience.
I am curious, have you read the Talmud of Jmmanuel?

And, yes, obviously the computers and everything possessed by government are either stolen or bought with stolen or counterfeited money. Everything.
Unless it was a Public Trust that some benefactor donated.
