NYC has some of the best Japanese restaurants and they probably have great suppliers of quality fish for their sashimi and sushi. The umami of the selection of fish for sashimi is, to me personally, is addicting that I’ve got to have sashimi more than once every quarter 😋😂, lol!

    My stepson will have sushi or sashima whenever he can he love sit, and yes so many Japanese restaurants in the city
