Well travel as you are, I know that you have so much exposure to food! So... what raw fish food have you discovered in Thailand? It may pretty much be the same as ceviche, but what do they call it there, if they do?

I would say i haven't tried any Thai Raw fish i am more for the Japanese sushi but i do like the way the Thai's make there steam fish with oyster sauce and chili with veggies 👍
