Fu Yong Hai ....

Fuyunghai is one of China's most popular dishes in Indonesia. Vegetables and meat wrapped in omelet is very suitable on the tongue of Indonesia, especially if combined with a refreshing tomato sauce. Fuyunghai or in Chinese is referred to as fu yong hai is a food made from omelette with a mixture of vegetables, meat, and seafood. In the country of origin of meat commonly used as a mixture is pork, chicken, and beef. As for the seafood, fuyunghai usually use a mixture of shrimp or crab. For vegetables there are a variety of vegetables that are commonly used, but the most popular are cabbage, carrots, and peas.
Fuyunghai is usually eaten with a special sauce that has a sweet sour taste image. Sour sweet taste from the sauce comes from tomatoes that serve as the main ingredient. Sometimes the sauce is also given a piece of pineapple so that the sour taste and sweetness more felt.
