I want this positive part of Venezuela to be seen, the part of the enterprises, of the people who are here and continue working, offering positive things to the Venezuelans who still live here in our country and of course working to get our land forward and have the country we deserve.

I had the opportunity to go this time in Santo Bocado, because a friend invited me, this restaurant is exclusive and the current menu is crazy; I like street food and here he is serving it in a gourmet style.

Imagine a hamburger that is street food, you can try it with a unique style, in small portions that we are used to seeing elsewhere, it is because you can try several dishes and you fill up for each dish that is served.

It is served little as I mentioned, because the idea of ​​the creator of this, is to try many dishes at once, so that you do not fill up so much the portions are a little small.

Here is my first dish, which is a tenderloin burger, this is brioche bread with tenderloin, mayonnaise, caramelized onion and above it has some cassava chips, if we compare it with a pepito bought elsewhere it is very small but it makes up for the flavor.

Another work of art that was served to me was the pork burger, the presentation is spectacular, the plate, the pebble, the board and then this hamburger, made of pork loin, a reduction of raisins, avocado and some flower petals.

Here we have our third dish, which is extremely rare, this is a steamed bun that has pork tenderloin and the three sauces, tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard and on top it has an oreo cookie. The sweet and salty combinations I like that, the texture and the flavors are crazy.

The fourth plate comes in a container, but appreciate the presentation, it is super nice, there is a careful attention to this plate, the pieces of lettuce, the tomato, the cheese that also melts it at the moment and the pancito, really not provoke eat it but I had to try it; it really tastes street burger, very good.

Here we have our fifth gourmet dish, this is called thai, it also has a steamed bun, it also has Acevichado, thai rooms, tuna loins and also a fried quail egg.

The atmosphere is incredible, I enjoyed myself all afternoon a lot because each dish is also a work of art, well it really is a work of art because to do this they study, prepare themselves, travel the world then they do it with great affection , with passion, with dedication to assemble each of the dishes, get the ingredients and have them here at hand, that is, it really is a super effort to make each bite.
