Fried rice served on pineapple
The Centrum is a restaurant that is often used for dinner, weddings, meetings and more. They serve a variety of Western and Indonesian dishes, such as The Centrum Fried Rice (fried rice served on pineapple, with sprinkles of seafood and pineapple), rib soup, pasta and more. For drinks, The Centrum has kopyor ice, "blue island" (a mixture of soda and syrup), and others.
This restaurant has a unique architectural design with the concept of a "cruise ship restaurant". All employees at The Centrum wear typical costumes of a sailor. This restaurant is divided into two areas, namely Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria which can
accommodate up to 100 visitors. In addition, The Centrum also has 5 VIP rooms, 2 gazebos and 6 tatami rooms.
