If you are a coffee lover, you definitely need to visit this place. Coffeesmith has a great environment which suitable for business coffee talk and casual chit-chat throughout the whole evening until the late midnight. It is located at a strategic ground floor under Maritime Piazza along the way of Karpal Singh Drive in Penang Island.
Decoration & Design
One of the main reason people are visiting this restaurant is due to their impressive industrial-themed interior design and decoration. A contemporary architecture with wood elements, baggage, and warehouse look makes it so stylish and attractive the curiosity of every customer to walk in and have a look what inside. Other decoration such as classic westerner telephone, steel plate banner, vintage western storage with ladders and much more makes the place look outstanding.

Menu & Price
It is a western-Italian style food. The menu represents a thousand words. What you see is what you get. The dishes are pricey for the local customer. Not much description of the dishes.

Food, Services & Review
The services are below my expectation as the waiter gone missing and I have to wait for at least two minutes become he appear from somewhere. I was kind of disappointed when they served me with the simple plate. If I not mistaken, last year their dishes are served with a unique pipes food trays but now it just a normal plain plate. The food looks unappealing and the taste feels bland. The last time I visited this place, I remember the overall taste of the food was good. Perhaps the great chef of the restaurant no longer there.
This place supposes to be cozy ambiance but is not. The whole place is seriously empty as I took the photos. The dinner we had nearly felt like sitting outside the street since the air-conditional was not switched on. Until a new customer walk-in, they only start to switch on the air-conditional.

Love the review! Love the ambiance but I will make sure they turn on their air-conditioner if i visit there!
I remembered last time I visit this place, it was crowded and need to queue for it sometimes. Now, feel free to walk-in anytime since nobody there. It's like I fully book the whole restaurant. 😆

They actually down-size the whole restaurant. Hopefully, it still survives, due to many other new opening restaurants near the neighborhood.
